All toner cartridges are tested 100% prior to leaving our facility to ensure that they are free of defects in material and workmanship. We will honor requests for defective product replacement for up to 12 months from date of purchase on all laser toner products. Due to the extensive shipping, climate variations and some firmware differences, we are unable to offer our 100% warranty on cartridges shipped out of the continental United States.
We guarantee that subject to normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, printer wear or deterioration to any printers or copiers. In the event that our cartridges cause damage to your printer, please contact Liberty immediately so that we can arrange for a technician to clean or repair the printer. We will cover the cost of repair or fair market replacement on the printer, with proper approval and documentation.
NOTE: Liberty will not reimburse repair or printer replacement costs without prior approval. Printer replacement would be of a comparable printer model that utilizes Liberty cartridges.
No credit or refund will be issued until the returns are received and inspected. If we choose to not to bring the cartridge back for inspection, we will require the barcode on the cartridge to verify it is a Liberty cartridge and the date of manufacture. Any cartridge that has been abused or tampered with will not be accepted. If the return is not a Liberty cartridge, is empty (more than 80% used) or if we do not receive the defective cartridge within 30 days of issuance of the replacement, your account will be charged for any replacement sent out at no charge as well as all shipping charges incurred to send the replacement. All cartridges that are not accepted as returns will be disposed of unless a request has been made for their return (at customer expense).
All unused product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
