We stand behind our product at Liberty. Every cartridge manufactured in our Marseilles, Illinois facility comes with a full- hassle free- 12 month warranty. All we need is the bar code off the cartridge and you will immediately receive a no cost replacement or credit for your product. We even take it one step further and provide a technical support line that your customers can call (we never answer that line “Liberty Laser Solutions”, always with a generic “Tech Support”). They can call any time during regular business hours to speak with one of three printing professionals (800)570-1986.
