How have you seen Liberty change over the years?
We’ve grown so much bigger as a company. Become so automated in our order processing.
What makes Liberty stand out from its competitors?
Our customer service and our customization. Everyone person here in the office works hard for every call that comes in.

How do you balance your career and family?
Sometimes its tough. But main thing is to leave home at home and work at work. I also created a spreadsheet in excel that dictates my hourly schedule when I’m at home so I can maximize the amount of family time I have with my daughter and how much time I spend on housework. If you know me, you would say, “of course she has a spreadsheet for that.”

Tell us about your family. How many kids?
It’s just me and my 3 year old daughter. She’s my world. A bundle of sass and jokes and always wants a hug, a kiss, a high five and a fist bump before I leave for work and before I lay her down to bed.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within the company, whose job would you want?
No one, I worked hard to get this job. It’s the good one lol
What three words would you use to describe Liberty?
Where I work.
What has been your favorite project at Liberty?
I’ve had a couple of projects I’ve enjoyed greatly. My most recent I’ve found great satisfaction with was creating a new Price File Management system. What used to take a month to complete, now takes a couple days.
What is your proudest moment at Liberty?
Every time I’m asked for help/advice on a project by the CFO or Owner because they know/trust me to get it done quickly and efficiently.
Are you messy or organized?
…usually organized unless it’s been a busy week, then my desk gets a bit cluttered.
How do you define success?
Success is determined by how happy you are with your life. Family, friends, hobbies, and balancing stress levels; all factors in saying how “successful” you are.
If you could only drink one drink for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Hot tea!

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?
Not that I can think of.
What advice would you give to recent new hires?
Work hard, if you work for the job you want to have, you’ll get it.
What do you do outside of work for fun?
All kinds of things! Board games, video games, reading, drawing, crafting, hiking, baking, nerd conventions, movies, anime. I could go on.

What is the first concert you attended?
DC Talk back in the 90’s I think.

What is one thing you can’t live without?
Air. Sleep. Food. You know, the usual.
What is your hidden talent?
My talents aren’t hidden. I’m good at a lot of things I work hard at.

What is your favorite food?
That’s tough. I don’t have an all time favorite. Maybe like Strawberries, I have a soft spot for baked goods too. Not picky about what kind usually.
You’re happiest when….
I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by friends and family, cooking and hanging out spending quality time together. Life is about those simple happy times.
