All toner cartridges are tested 100% prior to leaving our facility to ensure that they are free of defects in material and workmanship. We will honor requests for defective product replacement for up to 12 months from date of purchase on all laser toner products. Due to the extensive shipping, climate variations and some firmware differences, we are unable to offer our 100% warranty on cartridges shipped out of the continental United States.
We guarantee that subject to normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, printer wear or deterioration to any printers or copiers. In the event that our cartridges cause damage to your printer, we will cover the cost of repair or fair market replacement on the printer, with proper documentation.
No credit or refund will be issued until the returns are received and processed. If we choose to not to bring the cartridge back for inspection we will require barcode documentation to verify it is a Liberty cartridge and the date of manufacture. Any cartridge that has been abused or tampered with will not be accepted. All cartridges, which are not accepted as returns, will be disposed of unless a request has been made for their return on your packing slip. If the return is not a Liberty Cartridge or if we do not receive the defective cartridge within 30 days of issuance of the replacement, your account will be charged for the replacement as well as all shipping charges incurred to send the replacement.
